Upon return of the Vehicle to us, the mileage actually recorded by the Vehicle will be compared to the agreed contractual mileage. If the Vehicle has recorded more miles than the agreed contractual mileage, then you will pay us an excess mileage charge at the rate per mile stated above. Where you or we terminate the Agreement early, if the Vehicle has recorded more miles than the pro rated agreed contractual mileage, then you may have to pay us an excess mileage charge at the rate per mile stated above. If you terminate this Agreement early, we will be entitled to charge an early termination sum which will be payable 28 days from the invoice date. Upon termination of this Agreement you may also have to pay, at your own expense, the costs of removing towing equipment and and any branding or other livery that has been applied to the Vehicle, and to repair any damage caused by such removal or otherwise. The amount of the payment required will depend on the work to be carried out.
