Exciting news for Kia enthusiasts! After months of meticulous planning, site assessments, and preparations, construction has officially started on the brand-new OMC Kia showroom in Oldham. With a grand opening scheduled for summer 2025, this project marks one of OMC’s largest investments in recent years and will bring Kia's Global Concept Store design to the area.
The new showroom will feature three thoughtfully designed floors accessible via both stairs and a lift:
Ground Floor: A welcoming space for all visitors, featuring the latest Kia models, our Aftersales department, and a comfortable relax area for coffee breaks. Here, guests can also experience the excitement of the new vehicle handover zone, where they’ll take delivery of their brand-new Kia.
Level 1 - Customer Zone & Display Zone: This floor will provide an inviting area for customers to connect with our sales team and explore Kia's latest offerings. The "customer zone" is dedicated to consultations and information, while the "display zone" showcases new Kia models. A distinctive thin red lighting feature will divide these areas, adding to the modern and sleek aesthetic.
Kia’s Interactive ‘Showcase’ System: One of the most exciting additions is the ‘Showcase’ system, offering an immersive, virtual tour of Kia's entire vehicle lineup. This interactive 360-degree configurator allows customers to view every angle of their favourite models, explore interiors, and test out various accessories to see how they enhance each car’s design.
Level 2: Administrative offices for OMC’s management and support staff.
Convenient Continuity of Service
During construction, the current Kia showroom will remain fully open, with both our sales and aftersales teams continuing to serve customers as usual from their existing locations.
