Pension Plan and Life Assurance

As an employee you will be assessed for automatic inclusion into our Company Pension Scheme upon joining. For qualifying employees, along with your contribution, we contribute 4% of your total gross pay each month. Qualifying employees will also benefit from the Company Life Assurance scheme which provides three times basic annual salary upon death in service.

We are proud to take on new Apprentices at OMC and help guide the future of the Motor Industry with training and support.

As an apprentice you will learn and train for a specific job, get paid and receive holiday leave whilst getting hands-on experience in a real job.You will study for at least 20% of your working hours - usually at a college, university or with a training provider and complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship.This will all help set you on a career path with lots of future potential
