Should you ever find yourself in a car accident, or your car is damaged, don't worry because OMC can take all the stress and hassle away from you and get you back on the road as quickly as possible. We have two Accident Repair Centres at our Oldham and Rochdale Dealerships.
We will do the following to ensure you and your vehicles are looked after:

• The damage to your vehicle will be assessed by one of our estimators. An estimate will be compiled and along with images of the damage it will be electronically communicated to your insurance company.
• If the repairs to your vehicle are viable we will obtain authority from your insurance company if required, order parts and start repairs.
• If your vehicle is beyond economical repair your insurance company will make contact with you and agree a settlement.
• We will initially give you an estimated completion date of repairs; however we will contact you if this date needs to be revised. Your vehicle will then pass through the repair process.
• Upon completion of repairs the vehicle will then proceed through to a final quality control check. It will then be washed and the interior vacuumed.
• Once all steps are completed your vehicle will be made available for collection or will be delivered back to you if applicable. Before we deliver your vehicle back we will speak to you with regards to the payment method for any excess, VAT or contributions, which you are liable for. We accept Debit cards, Credit cards and cash. Remember that you have the right to choose where you have your car repaired.

OMC Accident Repair Centres are an established Accident Repair Company within the Oldham and Rochdale area.
Should you have an accident, and your vehicle is damaged, you have the right to choose where those repairs are carried out. We deal with everything from small scratches to major repairs. No job is too small, or too big for us to handle.

• FREE collection and delivery of your vehicle

Ford Accident Management

Making an insurance claim is never high on anyone's list of fun things to do, but Ford owners have expert help at hand. Ford Accident Management is a fully managed service for handling your claims, vehicle recovery, repair and courtesy car when you've had an accident. Its available to all Ford opens, and wont cost you a penny!

We will: 

Recover your vehicle where it cannot be driven, free of charge

Provide you with a free courtesy car even if its not included in your insurance policy, even if you were at fault

Liaise with your insurance company to process the claim and have repairs approved

Complete your claim form

Ensure your vehicle is repaired at a Ford Accident Repair Centre

Only Ford genuine parts will be fitted

Only Ford trained technicians will work on your car

Your Ford panel warranty will be maintained

Just call our Blue Service number, 020 3564 4444 or Ford Accident Management directly on 0800 587 3673, or download and activate the smartphone app should you have a road traffic accident. Once were involved, you can just sit back and let Ford do all the hard work for you.
Well fill in all the forms and make all the calls. We will make sure your car is repaired using Ford parts and even lend you a free courtesy car.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, Ford Accident Management will provide you with a free service from the time you have an accident to the moment you collect your repaired Ford.

You won't have to:

• Remember all your details when you phone
• Worry about looking for the number
• Provide all the information to the call handler as this will automatically be sent to them from the app.
